Alan and Trent are pastors who each have 30+ years of ministry experience. They have a desire to help those who serve in ministry to be able to accomplish and enjoy their calling!
Alan Small is married to Rachelle and they have celebrated for 30 years. They have 2 grown daughters as well. Alan and Rachelle are a ministry team.
Trent Young is married to Dana. They have enjoyed 33 years of life together. They also have 2 grown kids.
Alan and Trent have served as pastors and now as Directors of Missions (AMS) for networks of churches. Alan is the Director of Dogwood Trails Baptist Association in East Texas. Trent is the Director of Gasconade Valley Baptist Association in Mid-Missouri.
